Product Description
Handmade And Easy Maintenance
For cleaning, hand wash the pot by wetting it, adding baking soda, scrubbing, rinsing, and air-drying with a cotton towel. If food burns, soak in warm water with baking soda for 10 minutes, then scrub and rinse. Store with the lid open in a well-ventilated area, ensuring it’s fully dry; you can also briefly warm it on the stove’s lowest setting.
Easy care instructions
Wooden spoons pair well with our cookware. The pot’s bottom turning black or gray over time due to normal oxidation won’t impact its performance. Until fully seasoned, avoid dry or oil sautéing; it’s safe afterward. Be mindful of sudden temperature changes, like moving from the fridge to the stove; allow it to reach room temperature first to prevent thermal shock.
Easy cooking instructions
Optimize your pot’s performance by seasoning it initially, using it daily for wet recipes like rice and soups at least 4-5 times before trying dry dishes.
Stove – On the stove, start low initially, progressing to medium heat.
Oven – In the oven, keep it below 450°F, beginning cold or at 250°F, then increase. Regular use improves efficiency, requiring medium or lower heat.
