1. Desk with underframe:
Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm(1.97″). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
2. Desk with side panel:
Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm(2.37″). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
3. Desk with back panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm(3.94 “). Otherwise, it will not be clamped.
The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension. You will need to adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once the monitor is hung on.

If your VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, just freely to relate with us to get a VESA adapter. If your VESA exceeds the above range or has no VESA holes, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.
