Download and install APP”Puty Printer” Open the paper bin cover install the label ,the paper roll print side down, keep the paper roll out of，close the paper bin coverPress and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn onTurn on the phone’s bluetooth and enter the APP connect Q21 label makerSelect the right paper size and template, edit content and print

Warm usage tips:

The paper roll is mounted with the print side facing down.

To prevent uneven printing of the paper roll, the slots in the machine should be pushed tight.

Bluetooth connection, connect in the app, not in the phone settings.

To create a new label, select the correct applicable modles (Q21) and template width/height.

Can be find “print history”and “print and save” in history, can be reprinted or re-edited directly.

The APP can be used normally without registration,respects and protects the privacy of all users.
